What sort of injuries do you treat?

We treat all sports injuries, as well as anything which is stopping you from participating in your chosen activities. Additionally, we run a series of sport specific screening programs, to prevent injuries. At this stage, unfortunately, we are not registered for Workcover or MVA injuries.

How do I pay for a consultation?

GrandStand consultations can be paid by cash, credit card and EFTPOS. We have the HICAPS available for immediate Health Fund claims and rebates, so please make sure you bring your Health Fund card with you.

Can I ring to speak to a Therapist?

Please ring us at any time if you have a question as we are happy to discuss any aspect of your rehabilitation. Please note, however, that we will not interrupt someone else’s consultation (we wouldn’t do it to you…), but we will get back to you ASAP.

What is your late/cancellation policy?

If you are running late, or are unable to attend an appointment, we respectfully ask that you let us know as soon as possible. That way, we’ll be able to re-organize your appointment so that your rehabilitation is not compromised.

Who can use the Alter-G?

One of the great things about the Alter-G Treadmill is that it is applicable for a diverse range of injuries. Please call us to discuss what benefits the Alter-G may have for your program.

Does my bum look big in this?

No, the Alter G shorts are actually quite slimming.

What is the FMS?

The FMS is a simple screening test to identify movement patterns. From the results, we can identify injury risks and provide you with a corrective program to get you performing at your best.

How do I book an appointment?

Please ring Maureen on 02 4963 1887, and we’ll find the best time for you. Alternatively, send us a message via this website, and we’ll call you back to arrange your appointment.
